FAQ's
What is the refund policy for this trip?
Deposits are nonrefundable, any other payments until August 25, 2023 is refundable. After that date, all payments are final. Flight cancellation will be a credit with penalty per the airline policy. We strongly encourage you and your guests to purchase travel insurance in case you need to cancel.
What are some of the things I need to bring?
We will be sending you an updated list as we get closer to the event.
Are kids allowed?
Not this time!
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?
At this time, you do not need to be vaccinated to travel to the Greece. If that changes, we will let you know.
How many people can I invite?
As many as you wish once there is space.
What is Double Occupancy?
This is 2 people sharing a room. Each person is responsible for their costs.
What is Single occupancy?
One person in a room by themselves.
